- Manage Customer account related to product.
- Identify opportunities in key accounts and develop new opportunities in own accounts
- Develop close and confident relationship with customer to anticipate their needs. Manage communication and relation with the customer.
- Supervise customer satisfaction
- Manage post sales activities for all products
- Manage the ownership for accounts in both roles as sales and/or customer service
- Maintain a clean and accurate Backlog
- F2P
- Manage short and medium information regarding customer needs and expectation
- Establish and keep up to date forecast data into forecasting tool.
- Coordinate internal areas to get all information needed for new customer bid.
- Provide to order Manager all necessary information to enter customer order in ERP.
- Validate with the customer artworks and packaging specification and release the documents in PDM tool.
- Manage Customer Complaint in defined tool. Deliver regular and formal reports to his/her manager.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Administration or similar
- 2+ years of experience in a service oriented job related with customer or supplier
- Microsoft computer package (word, outlook, power point, excel, etc)
- Knowledge of the orders management tool (Oracle or MFGpro)

Advanced level of English
- Customer oriented, Sense of service & availability with the external and internal customers, able to work under a processes oriented organization, organized in his/her self administration and of his/her job duties.
