**What you’ll do**

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Cloud Success Services Support
Location: Bogotá, Colombia

As an iXp Intern, you will:

- General Support for business operation & transformational related topics like communication support, executive meetings organization, reporting.
**What you bring**

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning:

- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, or other related areas
- Advanced written and verbal skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving and listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Able to take the initiative and demonstrate autonomy to execute assigned responsibilities
- Ability to take the initiative and demonstrative proactiveness
- Able to thrive in a fast pace entrepreneurial and evolving environment
- Comfortable working with high-level stakeholders
- Collaborative and can thrive working with a team
**Meet your team**

The Cloud Success Services LAC COO Office has as its primary goal to support the business execution (RUN), together with Transformation (TRANSFORM) activities. This team is part of the Cloud Success Services' recent new org unit, which combines the core functions of SAP Services with CE&X teams to maximize customer lifetime value and solidify our relevance with our customers across our Cloud and On-Premise teams. Our shared goal is to help our customers achieve dynamic value realization from their investments with SAP in the cloud.

We cover multiple multiple activities like:

- Support the execution of the CSS LAC strategy, ensuring the execution of business transformation initiatives & change management.
- Performance Management (Top KPIs & Performance reporting)
- Learning & Enablement.
- Internal Communications & Change management
- Executive cadences planning
- Marketing and external communication
- Application of new global process to run the operation
