**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create and manage user interfaces using UIBuilder, ensuring high proficiency and adherence to best practices.
- Maintain and optimize our customer service instances (3 CSM) with proficient knowledge.
- Utilize your conversant knowledge in HRSD to enhance HR services and processes.
- Design and develop ServiceNow portals using Angular, HTML, and CSS.
- Work with ServiceNow APIs, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server APIs, to streamline integration and functionality.
- Configure automated processes such as workflows (including Flow Designer), business rules, and scheduled jobs to improve efficiency.
- Utilize Performance Analytics to create and manage reports and dashboards that provide insights into system performance and business metrics.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development with a strong emphasis on UIBuilder and customer service modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and integration methods such as REST and SOAP.
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server APIs.
- Familiarity with portal development using Angular, HTML, and CSS.
- Ability to configure automated processes using Flow Designer, business rules, and scheduled jobs.
