**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create and manage user interfaces using UIBuilder, ensuring high proficiency and adherence to best practices.
- Maintain and optimize our customer service instances (3 CSM) with proficient knowledge.
- Utilize your conversant knowledge in HRSD to enhance HR services and processes.
- Design and develop ServiceNow portals using Angular, HTML, and CSS.
- Work with ServiceNow APIs, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server APIs, to streamline integration and functionality.
- Configure automated processes such as workflows (including Flow Designer), business rules, and scheduled jobs to improve efficiency.Utilize Performance Analytics to create and manage reports and dashboards that provide insights into system performance and business metrics.**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development with a strong emphasis on UIBuilder and customer service modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and integration methods such as REST and SOAP.
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server APIs.
