We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and play a key role in identifying and qualifying high-potential leads to drive the clinic’s growth. This role requires a strong background in sales and business development, with a focus on the healthcare industry. Role: Business Development Representative (BDR) Department: Sales / Business Development Reports to: VP / CMO What You’ll Do Lead Prospecting & Generation Identify and engage potential clients via calls, emails, and social media. Conduct market research to segment prospects based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Leverage automation tools and CRM platforms to manage leads. Opportunity Qualification Assess prospect needs and interest in our medical services. Schedule patient consultations and meetings with the medical team. Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up Maintain continuous communication with prospects through email campaigns and calls. Educate leads on the benefits and solutions Clínica Reina Catalina offers. Keep CRM data updated and accurate. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams Work closely with marketing to optimize demand generation strategies. Provide market insights and feedback on common patient objections. Contribute to content creation to attract and convert leads. Performance Analysis & Reporting Track the performance of lead generation campaigns. Prepare reports on activity, conversion rates, and efficiency. Propose improvements for lead acquisition and conversion strategies. What We’re Looking For Education Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, International Business, or related fields. Strong understanding of B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the healthcare industry or medical services. Experience 1-2 years of experience in sales, prospecting, or business development. Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Results-driven mindset with the ability to work under metrics. Expertise in outbound and inbound sales strategies. Adaptability and eagerness to stay up to date with market trends. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of leads generated and qualified per month. Lead-to-business opportunity conversion rate. Number of scheduled patient consultations. Average response time to prospects. Achievement of prospecting and sales funnel targets.
