**Role Responsibilities**
- Conduct **outbound calls** to qualified prospects, educating them on the benefits of **solar energy solutions**.
- Generate and schedule **high-quality appointments** for our team of solar specialists.
- Meet and exceed **daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets** in a fast-paced environment.
- Build rapport with potential customers, manage objections, and **communicate value effectively**.
- Ensure smooth handoffs to the closing team to maintain strong **customer satisfaction**.

**What We Offer**

**Competitive Compensation**:

- **Base salary**: $800 USD per month.
- **Commission**: $100 USD per completed installation.
- Agents typically close **5-10 installations per month**.

- Comfortable working in a **remote**, performance-based setting.
- **Fluent in both English and Spanish**.
