**Summary**
- **Area of Study**:

- Bachelor´s degree in Systems Engineering or related
- **Experience**:

- 2 years in Dashboard manipulation, creation, and training to others if needed
- At least 2 years of experience in Qlik Sense and/or Power BI
- At least 2 years of experience in SQL, Oracle, SQL server (could be another like MySQL, or similar), Advanced Excel skills
- **Skills and Ability**:

- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to different requests and priorities.
- Ability to work and interact in a fast-paced environment and a solid level of comfort with multi-tasking. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Plus: Experience in Claims Operations in Insurance company
- **Language**:

- Conversational English (Written and Oral)
- Portuguese is a plus

**Activities**:

- Creation of complex dashboards in Qlik Sense and Power BI, with initiative participation and development of improvements.
- Have a timely communication to raise blockers, concerns, issues, delays, etc.
- Ability to design a solution that will meet the user requirements of high complexity and attacking possible future requirements.
- Design high complex testing to prove a particular result that meets the requirements.
- Participates with business analyst and users to provide the best solution to the customer/user needs. Proposing useful visualizations and solutions.
- Be able to find the source of a high complexity issues and blockers and find a long-term solution.
