This is for USA region.

What Will You Do in This Role?

  • Post and manage job openings on different platforms.
  • Screen and review CVs to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial pre-screening interviews.
  • Coordinate technical assessments as required.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
  • Support reference and background check processes.
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruitment team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum English level: B2.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and interest in supporting HR matters related to recruitment and onboarding.

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
