**Position **:Customer Support Representative

**Working Hours **:Mondays-Fridays 9am-5pm CST

**Holidays**: US Holidays off

**Salary **:800-1200 USD

**Responsibilities**
- Order Tracking
- Task Tracking
- Product Knowledge
- Answering daily tickets
- Speaking with customers on a daily basis
- Providing Customer Support
- Assign the issue to our technical support team
- Aggregate all the data
- Managing a way of following up to clients

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of experience in the same or similar role preferred
- Must be proficient in Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Asana and background in e-commerce is a plus
- Can work autonomously and also does well as part of a team
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Demonstrates an empathetic and positive attitude with the ability to quickly solve

problems for customers.
- Must have an optimistic nature. This role has the power to create loyal customers

through meaningful daily interactions.
- Strong people skills with a high level of empathy, charisma and enthusiasm.
- Eager to learn and master our products and technology to help customers understand

what makes our products different.
- Effective multitasking.
- A confident, proactive, solutions-oriented attitude

**Salary**: Up to $5,596,659 per month
