**A Day in the Life**
- Support the Neuroscience Grants and Donations process, serving as a contact for both the business and health care organizations.
- Conduct prompt analysis of funding requests received from health care professionals and related organizations/societies in Medtronic Giving Connection.
- Proactively communicate with requesters and business partners to obtain relevant information to support analysis and funding decision.
- Ensure alignment of requests with established business criteria/priorities for third-party education of medical professionals and patients.
- Lead internal efforts to further develop/improve funding-assessment process and/or funding guidelines.
- Maintain contact with third-party requesters and the Neuroscience Sales organization
- Assist members of the Neuroscience Sales organization with questions about charitable fundraiser requests or the grants process in general.
- Document necessary information related to the Physician Payments Sunshine Act.
- Model a culture of ethics and integrity.

**Must Haves**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English level
- 1 or 2 years of experience working with payment processing, data entry, customer service, payable accountants, or related areas
- Strong customer service skills
- Team player

**Nice to Haves**
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Neuroscience products and therapies and related disease states
- Knowledge with Power BI
