**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support the overall business objectives of Roads Consulting Group.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
Collaborate with the executive team to define marketing goals, strategies, and budgets.
Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
Coordinate and manage the design and production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
Plan and execute online and offline events, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows, to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials and support lead generation efforts.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Mentor and guide junior members of the marketing team, providing support, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a remote position for USA-based companies.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Experience in market research and analysis, with the ability to identify target audiences and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in using marketing automation and analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset and ability to think strategically, coupled with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
