Riverbend Consulting helps e-commerce sellers and brands recover from setbacks and grow stronger. Our Growth Marketing Manager drives that growth, blending audience insights with analytical precision to attract, convert, and retain clients.

You’ll own the strategy and execution of paid and organic marketing, using data and AI tools to amplify performance. You’re fluent in digital channels, confident testing new ideas, and grounded in metrics that prove impact.

What You Will Do
- Manage and optimize ad performance on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms to meet lead and revenue goals.
- Design, test, and refine landing pages, funnels, and creative assets that convert.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to align campaigns with Riverbend’s growth objectives.
- Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, audience research, and campaign optimization.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics in HubSpot and Google Analytics.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform changes, and automation tools that drive efficiency.

What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in digital and performance marketing, ideally in B2B or e-commerce.
- Proven ability to drive measurable growth through paid acquisition and conversion optimization.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and attribution models.
- Advanced user of HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English; clear communicator with U.S. client experience preferred.
- Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple campaigns across time zones.

Contract Details
- Remote Contractor role
- Long-term engagement with opportunity for growth
- Works U.S. Eastern Time Zone hours (9am-6pm, flexible)
