International Sales Administrator

Overview:
This role will provide administrative support to several service areas within the organization, including COD sales, Brokerage Sales and Relocating Transferees booked with CapRelo. This position is responsible for initial communication with perspective clients and callers to ensure that all relocation activities are performed in accordance with contractual and industry guidelines. Primary responsibilities will focus on answering calls, reviewing and processing all bookings, responding to customers via chat, review of Yembo videos and data entry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Attends to any questions that require a response in the Podium platform
- Enters sales leads data into JIM
- Conducts Yembo video survey reviews and verifies all survey information for accuracy
- Accurately enters new COD bookings data details into the systems
- Answers and attends to any after-hours reception calls or client calls for the Commercial and
Residential divisions
- Responds to missed calls by providing a call-back and directing callers as appropriate
- Runs and distributes various daily reports according to JK Moving guidelines
- Maintains the call reporting checklist in Talkdesk
- Reviews Yembo for sales leads that need to be closed
- Answers and responds to drivers when they call the help line
- Reviews and audits COD bookings information in the system
- Follows up on CapRelo surveys to improve Qualtrics response rate
- Manages other projects, special assignments, and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years’ sales, marketing, or call center experience
- Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office suite or comparable software packages
- Excellent customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Advanced English skills, both written and spoken
