PRGX provides a unique combination of audit, analytics, and advisory services that optimize client financial performance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain effective labor relations with employees and representatives, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment (this role is in charge to execute local terminations, same as be the focal point for any labor issue in the operations).
- Work with the Regional HR Lead to develop and implement competitive and equitable compensation programs, including market analysis, salary and benefits proposals, organization models (manage the day to day requirements in terms of benefits, be in charge of the administration of medical plans, enroll new employees, and for medical insurance plan, same as the life insurance plan).
- Work with the Regional HR Lead to design and implement career development and training strategies that foster professional growth and talent retention.
- Foster a culture of wellness within the organization, identifying and executing wellness initiatives that promote the PRGX culture.
- Manage disability, absence processes and vacations, ensuring clear and effective communication with employees and coordination with HR and operations teams.
- Develop, implement, and maintain human resources policies and procedures that comply with legal regulations and promote best practices in the industry.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify opportunities for improvement in human resources processes and practices, proposing innovative and effective solutions.
- Support the HR Recruitment team as needed to balance the requirements of the business, same as keep updated the Job descriptions.
- Support Regional HR initiatives for LATAM (Colombia, Brazil & Mexico).
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in human resources functions, with emphasis on labor relations, compensation, career development, and training.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing workplace wellness programs.
- Solid knowledge of payroll processes and ability to work with human resources management systems (PeopleSoft).
- Experience in managing human resources policies and procedures, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (C1 level) and Portuguese at least at a conversational level.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions based on data.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multifunctional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
