El puesto requiere las siguientes calificaciones y antecedentes:

- Profesional en áreas administrativas o afines.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en ventas en el sector financiero, idealmente en soluciones para negocios de préstamos.
- Conocimiento en informes de crédito, gestión de riesgo y manejo de cuentas.
- Habilidades sólidas en gestión de proyectos, atención al detalle y priorización de tareas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en español e inglés (deseable).
- Dominio de herramientas de Office y capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos.
- Enfoque estratégico, ética de trabajo sólida y habilidades para influir y resolver problemas.

¿Te apasionan las ventas consultivas y el desarrollo de relaciones estratégicas? Estamos buscando un profesional proactivo y orientado a resultados que lidere el crecimiento comercial en el sector financiero. En este rol, serás responsable de diseñar e implementar estrategias de ventas para clientes de alto potencial, asegurando el cumplimiento de metas de ingresos y fortaleciendo relaciones clave. Serás el principal punto de contacto con cuentas estratégicas, identificando oportunidades de negocio transformadoras y colaborando con expertos para ofrecer soluciones de alto impacto.

**¿CÓMO CONTRIBUIRÁS? (funciones)**
- Alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ingresos anuales con una cartera de clientes estratégicos.
- Gestionar activamente el pipeline de ventas y generar pronósticos precisos.
- Construir relaciones sólidas con tomadores de decisión en cuentas clave.
- Identificar oportunidades de negocio incrementales y transformadoras.
- Colaborar con expertos internos para cerrar negocios complejos.
- Guiar a otros miembros del equipo en mejores prácticas comerciales.
- Aplicar metodologías de venta consultiva y demostrar profundo conocimiento del sector financiero.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
