Kitchen Makeovers is on a mission to transform kitchens affordably and sustainably by upcycling cabinet materials and keeping them out of landfills. If you love connecting with people, qualifying leads, and creating a polished first impression, this role puts you at the center of our growth: you'll turn inbound inquiries into booked estimates and help share our work online through reviews and social media.

helps homeowners refresh their kitchens without a full tear-out, delivering standout results while saving customers time, money, and unnecessary waste. This is a performance-driven remote role that blends inside sales with social media coordination. You'll be the first point of contact for new leads, making them feel welcomed, heard, and guided, while ensuring only qualified prospects are booked for our estimators. You'll also help manage reviews and build/coordinate social content with our team as we scale.
**Responsibilities**
**Lead Management & Inside Sales**
- Qualify inbound leads (location, service type, kitchen size, budget)
- Book and manage estimates in Jobber
- Track and move leads through the GoHighLevel pipeline stages
- Keep detailed notes and ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team
**Reviews & Reputation**
- Respond to Google/Facebook reviews professionally and promptly
**Social Media Coordination**
- Reply to comments/DMs on Instagram & Facebook (Meta Business Suite)
- Coordinate before/after photos and video clips with the team (Slack)
- Organize media in Google Drive and publish engaging posts
- Grow into light video editing support for reels/stories
**Outbound Engagement**
- Follow up with past clients for reviews/referrals
- Outreach to local contractors/suppliers/painting companies to build connections
- Future growth: support online estimates for pre-qualified leads.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent spoken and written English (clear, friendly, professional)
- 1 to 3 years in inside sales, customer service, or a sales/admin VA role
- Confidently qualifying leads, handling objections, and booking appointments
- Comfortable with CRMs (Jobber/GoHighLevel or similar)
- Comfortable managing social replies and posting content
- Organized, consistent, detail-oriented; able to work independently (especially Saturdays)
- Reliable internet, a quality headset/mic, and a quiet workspace
- Tools You'll Use: GoHighLevel, Jobber, Slack, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite.
**Schedule (PST - not flexible)**
- Weeks 1-2 (Training): Mon-Fri, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM PST
- Week 3+ (Ongoing): Tues-Sat, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM PST
**Compensation**
- Employment type: Full-time contractor (1099)
- Expected pay range: $10 to $12 per hour (based on experience).
