**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Management**

• Assist in coordinating and managing marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes, working with internal teams and external vendors.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment on project objectives.

**Digital Content Maintenance**

• Update and maintain digital content across websites, social media, and other marketing platforms.
• Monitor and ensure all content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the brand’s messaging.

**General Marketing Support**

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
• Help organize events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
• Conduct market research to support campaign development and audience targeting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing for the finance/tech industry is a bonus
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing tasks with precision.
• Familiarity with digital content management (CMS experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital marketing tools.
• Professional fluency in English is required. Italian or Spanish fluency is a bonus.
• Experience working in a fully remote environment and collaborating with a global team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
