**Supple Homes** is a boutique custom homebuilder based in Menlo Park, CA, with a 20-year legacy of delivering multi-million-dollar homes throughout the Silicon Valley. We specialize in large-scale, architect-driven residential projects averaging $5M to $6M, serving discerning clients including tech executives from Apple, Google, and Meta. As our **Virtual Assistant**, you'll play a key role in supporting our marketing and business development efforts. This includes managing social media outreach to architects, assisting with inbound lead follow-up from digital campaigns, and performing general administrative tasks to keep our systems and communications sharp. This is a remote (offshore) position and ideal for someone with excellent written English, strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

**Responsibilities**

  • Research and follow local architects on social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Engage with target accounts by liking, commenting, and sharing posts
  • Organize and manage architect contact lists and outreach schedules
  • Support our marketing coordinator with lead vetting from Facebook, Google, and website forms
  • Organize internal files, update CRM entries, and track outreach efforts
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to selections and vendor coordination when needed

**Qualifications**

  • Prior experience in a virtual assistant, administrative, or marketing support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing workflows
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using spreadsheets, cloud platforms, and project tracking tools
  • Experience supporting the architecture, design, or construction industries is a plus
