**About the Role**:
We’re seeking a top-notch Sales Development Representative who is as excited about the sales process as they are about personal success. In this role, you will:

- **Achieve Results**: Leverage our structured and proven sales methodology to consistently exceed your KPIs and drive record-breaking commissions.
- **Innovate & Iterate**: Constantly refine your strategies and techniques to connect with prospects and overcome obstacles.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 1 year of SDR experience in a B2B environment. Experience in selling HubSpot Retainer Services is a strong plus.
- A demonstrated ability to make high-volume outreach (e.g., 100+ cold calls per day) and consistently hit KPIs.
- Bonus: Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as HubSpot, and a background in tech, SaaS, or related industries.
