**What you’ll do**:
**Position title**: Partner Ecosystem Success - Early Career Talent

**Location**: Bogotá, Colombia

**Duration**:Up to 2 years

In this role you will work closely with the Director of the area on these areas:

- Review information on available reporting
- Follow up on Partner/individual certification completion
- Design slide deck presentation to report program status
- Proactively contact owners to check information
- Send communication to partners and request answers and information
- Review accuracy and update SAP Systems
- Support different task on development programs
- Review Information on a weekly basis
- Interact with different teams to make necessary validations
- Interact with our Partners to look for missing information in our system.
- Keep our systems updated

**What you bring**:
We’re looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Must be a recent university graduate from Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related
- Excellent communication skills and ability to network in SAP and with our Ecosystem
- Strong in teamwork and ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Proactivity

- Fluent in English
- Spanish is desirable
- Energetic and goal oriented
- Ability to create empathy
- Advanced skill on Excel is a plus
- Experience with content creation for social media is a plus

Within our organization, the Succeed pillar focuses on the adoption of our solutions in customers sold or implemented by our partners. This position aims to support our Succeed Program Management Office on different active programs. We are looking for an intern who likes to work on meaningful innovative projects and is energized by lifelong learning.
