LAW OFFICE REMOTE PARALEGAL FOR A SMALL LAW FIRM JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Full-time, work-from-home, and long-term position. *
*No cold calling or selling*
We are looking for a new member ideally with proven firsthand experience as a Virtual Assistant, paralegal, or relevant role.
- This person will be a detail
- and goal-oriented, highly accurate, and motivated paralegal.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be available during working hours to take calls, go on Zoom to client appointments, write down client information carefully, and schedule and confirm appointments.
- Review client-submitted documents and complete document templates in English.
- Provide customer service as the first point of contact.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- PERSONAL Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highest Advanced English Speaker (Interview will be in English and proficiency will be tested).
Fluent in Spanish.
Encouraged but not required experience as a Virtual Assistant, paralegal, or relevant role.
Watch videos in English explaining step by step how the job is performed.
Familiarity with technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Word, Excel).
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar, Outlook).
Solid organizational skills.
Experience in bankruptcy and divorce filings is a plus but not a requirement. Ability to multitask and work courteously and respectfully with clients. *

LOCATION
Working computer (8GB RAM, i5 or above) and noise-canceling headset.
MUST BE A PC AND NOT A MAC. Sorry.
Wired fast-speed internet (at least 20 mbps).
Clean and quiet place to work so clients can reliably Zoom through scheduled appointments.
STARTING RATE Our starting rate is stated herein, payments every month.
Yearly adjustments will be given.

SCHEDULE
- Full-time job (35 hours per week average); Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST (NYC) with a one-hour lunch break in between.
