Legal Assistant – Civil Litigation

We're hiring a Legal Assistant to support our litigation team with document preparation, case management, and client communication. This role is perfect for someone organized, detail-driven, and excited to grow in the legal field.
LLM Scholarship Opportunity
After 2 years with us, eligible assistants can apply for our LLM Scholarship Program—a unique chance to advance your legal education and potentially become an attorney within our firm.
Responsibilities
- Draft and organize legal documents
- Manage case files and deadlines
- Coordinate schedules for attorneys and clients
- Communicate with clients and witnesses
- Conduct legal research
- Support attorneys with administrative tasks and court prep
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (complete or in progress)
- English level C1
- Knowledge of civil litigation
- Excellent organization and communication
- 1+ year of legal assistant experience preferred
Compensation & Schedule
- Independent contractor
- Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm PST
- Fully remote
- Salary from $600 USD/month (paid biweekly)
- Annual salary increases
- Primas de servicios twice a year
