**Job Purpose**

The L&D Program Coordinator is an important role within Astound Academy (L&D Department). The Сoordinator collaborates with global teams to provide world-class learning programs that educate and prepare entry-level engineers to work with clients.

You will drive learning programs inside and outside the company. Your work will enable hundreds of men and women new to IT to work successfully with the world's top commerce brand in one of the fastest-growing sectors of the world economy.
You should have had exposure in managing L&D projects and hiring processes, excellent planning skills, be proficient in English, have excellent interpersonal skills and be prepared to improve, and seek to explore and grow in the direction of corporate development.

**In this role you will get to**
- Act as the first point of contact for key partners on major learning program activities** to align them with the company needs**:

- Establish and maintain partnership programs with universities and other suppliers/schools** **for early engagement of talents in an effective way**:

- Coordinate L&D programs, working with employer engineering, employer branding and recruiting teams** to bring new talents onboard** according to the requirements and program metrics;
- Strive to improve the existing approaches, implement best practices and ensure the process improvement at all stages of the program and with each iteration;
- You will regularly measure results and provide updates, statistics about the ongoing programs **and its general outline**;
- Perform special learning projects and other duties.

**Your skills and qualifications**
- 3 + years of experience managing of projects (planning /organizing / coordinating/measuring), internal or external, and/or formal pedagogical training;
- Familiarity in learning methodology, principles and styles
- Proficiency in facilitating discussions/sessions /meetings/webinars
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time;
- Ability to form strong working relationships based on mutual respect and collaboration, driving business results;
- University Bachelor's degree or higher;
- A service mindset
- Upper-Intermediate English Level;
- Experience working for an IT company
- Recruitment background is a plus.
