The Marketing coordinator for OnStar and connectivity services, will be responsible for:

- The accurate and most succesful action execution for each phase of the customer journey
- Managing the OnStar brand strategy: content strategy, media and advertising campaigns
- Managing the SRM Strategy (Subscriber Relationship Management)
- Managing the product/services strategy and pricing
- Guarantee to have a Endomarketing quartely plan inside General Motors
- Guarantee to have a PR quartely plan
- Designing and execute the G2M plans for new services/products (i.e. OnStar Guardian), new Infotaintment Apps (i.e. Spotify or Marketplace) or new connectivity features (i.e. Google Automotive Services)
**Additional Job Description**

Knowledge:

- Fluent English & Spanish (Portuguese as a plus)
- CRM, media strategies, advertising
- Financial Knowledge and budget management
- Basic Program management and product planning knowledge
- Advanced Microsoft Office Tools

Experience/Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing careers
- Marketing Experience
- Proven experience in CRM strategy
