Sales Coordinator

**Job purpose**:As a Sales Coordinator you will assist the sales team with the tactical aspects of their job in order to improve sales team efficiency and enable sales executives to spend more time prospecting and selling, and less time on coordination, preparation, and operational follow up.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education**
- College Diploma
- Administrative management careers, or a Degree in Communications, Sales, or related fields.

**Training or Expertise**

High English level (Well spoken, well written)

Strong Microsoft Office skills

**Experience**

+2 years of Proven experience working with sales for USA -based companies

+1 Years of experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred)

**JOB FUNCTIONS**
- Coordinating with marketing and business operations to gather data and other inputs needed by the sales team members to be prepared for meetings.
- Coordinating meeting times and setting up calendar invites between sales team members and prospective customers
- Assisting in the preparation of presentation materials for sales meetings
- Assisting with travel planning
- Assisting with conference and trade show planning
- Assisting sales with note taking, documenting next steps, and follow-ups from meetings with

clients.
- Assisting sales team in administrative tasks as requested

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- College degree
- Excellent spoken English
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form
- Experience using CRM, but any similar software is acceptable)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to stay calm in under high-stress sales deadlines
- Experience working with sales organizations in the USA

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**However, as an exempt employee, you may be required to work beyond these hours from time to time to fulfill your responsibilities as may be necessary.**

Internet and computer must be covered by the employee

**Salary**: $4,500,000 - $5,000,000 per month
