Our client is currently seeking exceptional English-speaking professionals based in Colombia to join their client relations team.

Our client is an internationally recognized, members-only organization for professional women. They provide a comprehensive suite of services, including professional networking, personal branding, coaching and training, online media, business opportunities, and career development resources.

Their mission is to deliver white-glove, high-touch service to both current members and prospective applicants. The Client Relations Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering this experience.

Role Overview

The Client Relations Coordinator is a front-facing, voice-based role requiring near-perfect spoken English and strong interpersonal skills. You will regularly speak with highly accomplished professionals based primarily in the United States.

This role is ideal for candidates who are articulate, polished, confident on the phone, and comfortable conducting professional conversations with senior-level individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a consistently high level of service to new applicants and prospective members
  • Proactively contact applicants and prospects via phone and video
  • Conduct structured qualification conversations to review professional background and eligibility
  • Lead consultative interviews that explore career history, accomplishments, and goals
  • Build rapport and long-term trust with applicants and members
  • Clearly present program options, services, and next steps to accepted candidates
  • Follow up with existing members to support engagement and relationship management
  • Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system

Critical Requirements (Please Read Carefully)

Because this role involves daily conversations with U.S.-based professionals, English proficiency is the single most important qualification.

Candidates must meet ALL of the following:

  • Near-native or native-level English fluency (spoken and written)
  • Clear pronunciation and neutral accent
  • Strong grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure
  • Ability to sound professional, confident, and natural on live calls
  • Minimum 3 years of professional work experience
  • Prior experience in one or more of the following:
  • Sales
  • Customer Service
  • Client Relations
  • Business Development
  • Comfortable conducting phone-based and video-based conversations
  • Strong listening skills and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to speak confidently on a wide range of professional topics
  • Experience using CRM systems (training provided; prior experience strongly preferred)
  • Reliable self-starter with strong time management skills

This is not an entry-level or script-only call center role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Inside sales or consultative sales experience (scripted or semi-scripted)
  • Experience working with U.S. or international clients
  • University degree or higher education
  • Strong diction, pacing, and conversational flow
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Comfortable navigating multiple browser-based systems

Work-From-Home Requirements

To ensure call quality and professionalism, candidates must have:

  • Laptop or desktop computer (Windows 10+ or macOS
  • High-speed broadband internet (minimum 10 Mbps up/down; no mobile hotspots)
  • USB headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • Webcam suitable for professional video calls
  • Quiet, dedicated home office or workspace
  • Second monitor strongly preferred

Schedule

  • Full-time availability
  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time
  • One-hour lunch break

Compensation

  • Competitive monthly base compensation (contractor role)
  • Performance-based bonuses and commissions (daily, weekly, and monthly opportunities)
