Here, you will report to the QA Development Manager and help ensure top-notch entertainment for our players worldwide. Responsibilities You will lead the review and enhancement of test cases, ensuring they are optimized for efficiency, accuracy, and agreement on project goals. You will identify areas of improvement across QA processes and workflows, proposing and implementing solutions to lead quality and efficiency. You will collaborate with teams across multiple time zones to ensure continuous improvement projects are accomplished. You will analyze complex issues, identify causes, and recommend applicable solutions to improve the player experience. You will contribute to how we deliver by refining testing methodologies, supporting automation efforts, and driving best practices across the team. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in QA roles with experience improving and process optimization. 3+ years of experience in process documentation. Familiarity with QA test automation and its integration into testing workflows. Fluent in English both verbal and written. Experience in test case review, enhancement, and documentation.
