Como Senior DevOps SRE en WEC, serás responsable de la automatización, el monitoreo y la mejora continua de nuestras aplicaciones y sistemas. Tus tareas diarias incluirán la implementación y el mantenimiento de pipelines CI/CD, la gestión de infraestructura a través de herramientas de automatización, y la resolución de incidencias técnicas para garantizar la disponibilidad y el rendimiento de los servicios. Es un puesto de tiempo completo que se desempeñará en modalidad híbrida remota, localizándose en Bogotá, D.C.

Estamos desarrollando un proyecto innovador que requiere un/a QA Lead / Test Automation para garantizar calidad de punta a punta: desde la experiencia del usuario hasta la estabilidad de integraciones críticas (latencia, fallbacks, CRM 99,9%).
Tu impacto en el proyecto
Diseñar la estrategia de pruebas por fase (smoke regresión carga accesibilidad).
Automatizar flujos completos (login, publicación, CTAs/forms).
Validar APIs y webhooks (Stripe, CRMs, ActiveCampaign).
Probar performance (k6/Locust), accesibilidad (WCAG 2.1) y calidad de datos.
Lo que buscamos en ti:
Experiencia en Playwright o Cypress (tests E2E).
Automatización de pruebas de fallback (Full 360° Lite).
Quality gates en CI/CD (por PR y por release).
Conocimientos en pruebas de accesibilidad y métricas de performance (p95/p99).
Experiencia deseada: años, con historial de pipelines de regresión estables en proyectos SaaS.
