Objetivo del rol

Cómo QA Specialist, debes:

  • Garantizar que los productos y servicios cumplan con los estándares de calidad definidos, identificando y resolviendo eficazmente problemas y defectos.
  • Garantizar que los productos y servicios esten desarrollados de acuerdo a la propuesta de UX/UI.
  • Contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos de desarrollo, pruebas y entrega, identificando áreas de oportunidad y proponiendo soluciones.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de desarrollo y otros departamentos para lograr productos de alta calidad y la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Identificar y evaluar riesgos relacionados con la calidad del producto y proponer estrategias para mitigarlos.
  • Mantener registros detallados de pruebas, resultados y problemas encontrados, generando informes que respalden la toma de decisiones.
  • Iniciativa en el desarrollo de habilidades de liderazgo.
  • Ser un ejemplo de la cultura de corazón y hambre de AntPack.

Responsabilidades

Planificación y Diseño de Estrategias de Pruebas:

  • Analizar y traducir requisitos de calidad en criterios de prueba claros.
  • Desarrollar casos de prueba exhaustivos alineados con objetivos del proyecto.
  • Evaluar y asegurar cobertura necesaria para pruebas efectivas.
  • Considerar varios tipos de pruebas (funcionales, rendimiento, seguridad, usabilidad, pruebas de punto punto).

Ejecución de Pruebas:

  • Ejecutar casos de prueba planificados.
  • Ejecutar pruebas sistemáticas para validar funcionalidad y comportamiento.
  • Documentar detalladamente resultados para informes claros y comprensibles.
  • Identificar y registrar defectos de manera clara y reproducible.

Automatización de Pruebas:

  • Crear y mantener scripts para pruebas automatizadas.
  • Garantizar relevancia y funcionalidad continua de los scripts.
  • Evaluar y seleccionar casos de prueba adecuados para automatización.

Colaboración y Comunicación:

  • Colaborar estrechamente con desarrolladores y otros miembros para asegurar la calidad del software.
  • Coordinar la resolución de problemas de manera eficiente.
  • Informar progreso y resultados de pruebas de manera regular.
  • Comunicar efectivamente los requisitos de calidad al equipo.

Gestión de Defectos:

  • Registrar defectos de manera detallada para facilitar resolución.
  • Seguir ciclo de vida de defectos y mantener informadas a las partes.
  • Verificar eficacia de correcciones y soluciones propuestas.
  • Validar resolución de defectos antes de la liberación del software.

Investigación y Desarrollo Continuo:

  • Mantenerse al día con las últimas tendencias y mejores prácticas en desarrollo y testing.
  • Explorar nuevas herramientas y tecnologías de testing, y evaluar su aplicación en los proyectos para mejorar la eficiencia y la calidad del desarrollo.
