The Training and Quality Manager is responsible for the administration and leadership of the Training and Quality departments in the assigned campaigns. This includes understanding and exceeding the established objectives for both areas. Additionally, this role involves creating and managing action plans that improve the quality of the department’s processes. What you’ll be doing Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with the objectives and operational needs of the assigned accounts. Develop and maintain quality processes that incorporate best practices and quality management principles. Oversee and ensure that the Best QA and Best T&D models are implemented on the accounts under their responsibility, as well as consistency in process execution. Supervise and confirm the evaluation and measurement of the effectiveness of training and quality programs, analyzing results to drive continuous improvement. Actively attend conferences and meetings that require their attention to keep client information and internal processes updated and calibrated. Prepare reports ensuring that performance and KPIs meet targets and improve. Lead initiatives aimed at the continuous improvement of training and quality methods. Lead and manage direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous learning, teamwork, excellent communication, and collaboration. Work closely with stakeholders to communicate the value and results of training and quality initiatives. Collaborate with clients to understand their expectations and incorporate their feedback to improve processes. Promote a positive and innovative work environment between the quality and training departments.
