We are working with a top-tier **B2B solution provider** to recruit a **Manager of QC and Training** for their office in **Bogotá, Colombia**. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee both quality control and training departments while driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

**Position**: Manager QC and Training

**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Remuneration**: Competitive base salary

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Lead & Guide Teams**: Oversee the QC and Training departments, ensuring tasks are effectively assigned, and review processes for continuous improvement.
- **Ensure Compliance & Effectiveness**: Monitor program effectiveness, meet regulatory standards, and identify areas for enhancement.
- **Drive Quality Improvements**: Develop and implement quality processes, analyze trends, and implement service improvements.
- **Manage Performance & Budget**: Oversee the performance, feedback, and budget management for QC and Training staff, ensuring adherence to standards.
- **Reporting & Communication**: Approve reports, present updates, and address complex cases effectively.
- **Proactive Planning**: Assist in creating review plans and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.
- **Recruitment & Development**: Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of QC and Training teams.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Educational Training, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- **Language Skills**: Advanced proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in quality management, training, or leadership (e.g., ISO 9001, Certified Trainer).
- **Experience**: Extensive experience in QC, training, and leadership roles, preferably in iGaming or similar industries.
- **Skills**: Strong knowledge of quality standards, training methodologies, and industry regulations; proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- **Leadership & Strategy**: Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on strategic planning and continuous improvement.
- **Adaptability**: Resilient and adaptable in managing challenges and leading cross-functional projects.
