**What You’ll be Doing**
**During a Typical Day, You’ll**
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Connect and resolve issues with customers using written communication only
**What You Bring to the Role**
- 1 year or more of related customer service experience in retail, banking, contact center, customer electronics and/or similar fields
- Impeccable written and spoken communication skills including grammar and spelling
- Recognize, apply, and explain your knowledge of products or services
- Computer literacy, including the ability to manage multiple screens
- High school diploma or equivalent

You'll report to the Team Lead. You'll contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team.
