Customer Service Representative
to contribute to our firm's success
The ideal candidate will be bilingual, have a minimum of one year of experience, and be available to work from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays and one additional weekday off (excluding Mondays).
Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Provide accurate and knowledgeable responses to inquiries regarding services, pricing, case status, and availability of appointments.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including paralegals and attorneys, to address and resolve client concerns effectively.
- Manage and maintain client information through data entry across multiple platforms and CRMs, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Proactively follow up on client inquiries, appointments, or messages to maintain strong client relationships and trust.
- Utilize and navigate CRMs efficiently to track client interactions, appointments, and case updates.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, upholding Saenz Garcia's commitment to excellent service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven customer service experience
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
