Overview Business Development / Sales Executive / Account Executive (B2B, SaaS) role at Vujis. This is a sales execution role focused on closing deals — not partnerships, strategy, or market research. Responsibilities Run discovery calls and product demos in Spanish (English as needed) Qualify prospects on budget, authority, need, and timing Handle objections around pricing, trust, and competitor comparisons Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline in the CRM Follow up consistently via email, WhatsApp, and calls Close new B2B SaaS customers on a monthly basis 80% of the leads are inbound but you are expected to do cold outreach too Qualifications 1–4 years experience closing B2B SaaS or software deals Experience carrying a quota and being directly responsible for revenue Fluent Spanish and strong English Comfortable selling subscriptions or annual contracts Organized, persistent, and results-driven Based in LATAM and available during LATAM working hours Compensation Base salary: $1,000–$1,700 USD/month (depending on experience and location) Performance-based commission Clear monthly targets and performance expectations Strong performers can earn $50k–$80k+ USD/year What You’ll Get Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.
