Field Drugstores Representative – Mondelēz International Join our mission to lead the future of snacking. As a Field Drugstores Representative, you’ll develop strong relationships with customers, optimize base sales, NPD and promotions, and ensure maximum visibility for our products instore channel. How You Will Contribute Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques. Implement and monitor promotional activities. Place purchase‑material displays and ensure their correct implementation. Report on activities and support transfers and inventory management. What You Will Bring Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes. Strong analytical skills. Sales experience in FMCG/CPG preferred. Perseverance and attention to detail. More About This Role The Sales Representative will lead and oversee sales execution activities for the drugstore channel, ensuring the established sales volume. Responsibilities include providing field support for transfers, assisting in commercial order management, managing inventory, and supporting base sales activities. Job Specific Requirements Professional degree in administration, commerce, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales or customer service. Knowledge of the operational and commercial functioning of the drugstore channel: chains, independents, distributors. Proficiency in Office (Excel, Word) and mobile sales applications. Excellent communication skills, results‑oriented, and prioritization abilities.
