Garantizar la medición, análisis y reporte oportuno del desempeño de las funciones de Recursos Humanos en el modelo GBS Américas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los SLAs y KPIs definidos para Talent Acquisition, HR Services & Operations, Learning & Development y demás procesos migrados. El rol será clave para generar insights que soporten la toma de decisiones estratégicas y la mejora continua en entornos multicountry LATAM y NAM. Principales Funciones y Responsabilidades Monitorear y analizar indicadores de gestión (KPIs) relacionados con los procesos de HR en GBS. Diseñar, mantener y optimizar dashboards en Power BI para la visualización de métricas clave. Elaborar reportes periódicos y ad-hoc para stakeholders internos y regionales. Garantizar la integridad y consistencia de la información proveniente de diferentes sistemas y países. Identificar tendencias, riesgos y oportunidades de mejora en la operación de HR. Colaborar con equipos de Talent Acquisition, HR Services, Learning & Development y otras funciones para asegurar el cumplimiento de SLAs. Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua y proyectos de automatización de reportes. Asegurar la confidencialidad y correcto manejo de datos sensibles de empleados. Perfil Requerido (Competencias) Analítica y Orientación a Datos: Capacidad para interpretar información compleja y transformarla en insights accionables. Atención al Detalle: Precisión en la elaboración de reportes y validación de datos. Comunicación Efectiva: Habilidad para presentar resultados de manera clara y persuasiva a diferentes niveles organizacionales. Gestión del Tiempo: Cumplimiento de plazos en entornos dinámicos y multicountry. Adaptabilidad: Capacidad para trabajar en entornos cambiantes y con múltiples prioridades. Trabajo Colaborativo: Interacción efectiva con equipos regionales y globales. Preparación Académica Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Estadística, Recursos Humanos o carreras afines. Deseable especialización en Analítica, Gestión de Datos o áreas relacionadas. Experiencia Requerida Mínimo 3 años en roles de análisis de desempeño, métricas o reporting en HR. Experiencia en entornos GBS/SSC y gestión multipaís (LATAM y NAM). Dominio avanzado de Power BI y Excel (tablas dinámicas, macros, fórmulas complejas). Conocimiento en manejo de indicadores de gestión y SLAs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
