Join us and build your ambition Lead the company's accounting and financial consolidation processes, articulating cost, inventory, fixed assets, and intercompany processes, among others, to safeguard the organization's financial integrity and contribute to precise and timely data‑driven decision‑making, in compliance with internal control processes, accounting standards, and government regulations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise monthly accounting closure and financial consolidation processes. Supervise regular account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness. Implement and maintain robust internal controls. Lead the accurate, timely, and efficient preparation and presentation of internal and external audits. Monitor changes in financial regulations of the countries to ensure compliance. Manage the strategy for continuous administration and follow‑up with assigned clients. Plan and manage the accounting closure and financial consolidation schedule. Requirements Professional degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar areas. Specialization is desirable. Minimum 2 to 3 years of total experience, including 2 years in similar roles (finance, budget, accounting) and experience in team leadership. Knowledge of Financial Analysis is required. Knowledge of SAP, IFRS, and/or US GAAP accounting standards is desirable. Required Languages: Spanish C1 (Required), English B2 (Required). 4 extra‑legal bonuses per year, equivalent to one monthly salary each. Annual corporate performance bonus.
