Your Role As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the friendly, professional voice of our clients, enhancing customer interactions. Your responsibilities include: Managing calls professionally for diverse businesses. Taking accurate messages and delivering them promptly. Booking appointments via user-friendly tools like Calendly. Transferring calls efficiently while maintaining a warm tone. Addressing callers\' needs with empathy and professionalism. Building strong relationships with clients. Collaborating with the team to improve service quality. What We're Looking For We value dynamic talent and proven experience. To join us, you must have: Exceptional English communication skills (both spoken and written). 2-3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service. An outgoing, energetic, and passionate personality and attitude. Reliability, responsibility, and a growth mindset. Familiarity with AI tools and a quick learning ability. A quiet workspace, reliable equipment, and stable internet. Availability for a 9-hour shift (one hour of break included) between 9 AM - 9 PM EST, Monday to Friday. What We Offer Competitive pay: +$1,000 USD/month (based on experience). Bonuses: $100 - $200 USD monthly for performance & attendance. Remote flexibility: Work from home.
