Overview (Remote) Customer Service Representative — Remote position open to candidates in Bogota or Medellin. Spring Financial is a fintech company providing smart credit-building, mortgage, and lending solutions. Our team supports customers online, via text, or over the phone. Please note: English proficiency is required as the role is conducted in English. What You Should Already Have 3-5+ years in telecommunications, preferably in a BPO setting, with North American accounts 1 year experience working with Excel and/or Google Sheets What You’ll Be Doing Attending inbound and outbound calls, live chats, emails, and text messages from current clients (majority of work will be inbound calls) Providing excellent customer service at each step, taking time with each applicant to clearly answer questions and provide accurate information Answering customer inquiries and redirecting appropriate customers to the respective departments when needed Finding and implementing the correct solution for each customer, such as adjusting a payment date, processing an early payment, or restructuring loan terms; thoroughly listen to each customer and identify the best solution Collecting customer testimonials and handling reviews Attending to administrative duties such as data entry, funding, and reports This role offers an opportunity to start a career in the finance industry; specific licenses or certificates are not required.
