Role Summary
We are hiring a
Regional Sales Manager
to lead personal sales and build a high-performance virtual sales team. This role requires a proven closer with leadership skills, responsible for both individual KPIs and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Convert personal sales leads and meet monthly targets
- Recruit, train, and manage a remote sales team
- Set and enforce performance KPIs
- Coach and track team results weekly
- Report to company leadership
- Drive revenue through structure, culture, and execution
What We Offer
- High base salary (above local market)
- Uncapped commissions on personal sales
- Performance bonuses up to COP $10,000,000 per quarter

- Permanent contract after trial period (with proven KPI growth)
Requirements
- Based in Colombia (mandatory)
- English level B2+
- Proven experience leading and scaling sales teams
- Personal track record in closing sales
- Strong with CRMs, KPIs, and sales coaching
- Preferred: financial services or consulting experience
