Estamos en búsqueda de nuestro próximo Gerente Comercial – Sales Manager (LATAM)

En Lugnia estamos buscando a nuestro próximo Lugnier, una persona estratégica, analítica y con alto liderazgo para guiar nuestro crecimiento comercial en LATAM. Si te apasionan los retos, la expansión internacional y el mundo de la tecnología, esta posición es para ti.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar el área comercial y al equipo de ventas.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales enfocadas en crecimiento y apertura de mercados.
  • Desarrollar relaciones con clientes estratégicos.
  • Analizar indicadores y asegurar el cumplimiento de metas.
  • Impulsar procesos comerciales bajo un modelo SaaS.

Requisitos del perfil

  • Profesional en áreas administrativas o negocios internacionales.
  • Especialización en mercadeo, ventas o internacionalización de servicios.
  • Mínimo 5 años liderando áreas comerciales o de mercadeo.

Conocimientos requeridos

  • Sector tecnología.
  • Modelos SaaS.
  • Procesos de internacionalización de servicios.

Modalidad: Trabajo remoto (con auxilio de teletrabajo) Contrato: Término fijo Lugar: Preferiblemente Bogotá (disponibilidad para visitas comerciales)
