Actualmente estamos buscando a nuestro próximo Procurement and Administration Jr. Specialist, en este cargo serás responsable de la ejecución de las tareas administrativas de la OTEC.
**Responsabilidades**
- Colaborar en la operación de la plataforma SENCE para codificar programas de capacitación, control de asistencia de los cursos realizados y tener al día la documentación requerida por estudiante (declaraciones juradas y documento de identidad)
- Apoyar en la liquidación de los cursos una vez el estudiante finalice los mismos
- Gestionar con las empresas clientes la documentación necesaria para la ejecución de los programas de capacitación
- Serás el encargado de la facturación empresa - OTIC
**Requisitos**
- Experiência en administración de cursos Impulsa Persona SENCE, y gestión general relacionada a SENCE/OTEC/OTIC
- Manejo avanzado de office, especialmente Excel
- Experiência de un año en cargos relacionados
- Formación en administración o recursos humanos (pueden ser estudios técnicos)
