Responsabilidades:
  • Estrategia, planeación y ejecución de campañas de marca: Planear y ejecutar las campañas de marca a lo largo de los diferentes canales online y offline.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar una estrategia de contenido audiovisual para nuestros canales sociales, creando contenido de video atractivo y orientado a resultados para plataformas como TikTok, Instagram, Facebook y YouTube.
  • Brand Identity management: Mantener la integridad de la marca y consistencia a lo largo de todos los puntos de contacto con nuestros clientes asegurando consistencia en los lineamientos de marca.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Trabajar con los equipos internos incluyendo operaciones, ventas y marketing local con el fin de alinear e integrar iniciativas a favor de los objetivos de negocio.
  • A partir de las acciones locales, desarrollar ideas y estrategias regionales de contenido que resuenen en nuestra audiencia objetivo, para nuestros principales canales digitales.
  • Seguimiento y reporte de resultados: Monitorear las principales indicadores y métricas que permitan evaluar el efecto de las campañas e iniciativas. Para cada campaña se deberá entregar un reporte incluyendo los highlights y aprendizajes.
  • Trabajar directamente con agencias (Media, research, creativa).
  • Trabajar de la mano con el equipo creativo en la ejecución de estas acciones regionales.
  • Monitorear tendencias y desafíos virales en TikTok, Instagram, Youtube y otros para mantener contenido actualizado e incorporar en nuestra estrategia.
Características requeridas:
  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia como creador de contenido específicamente desarrollando guiones o escribiendo copys.
  • Experiencia creando contenido para plataformas digitales.
  • Fuertes habilidades de escritura creativa y narrativa.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo colaborativo.
  • Profundo entendimiento de las plataformas de redes sociales, tendencias y comportamiento de los usuarios.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y colaborativa en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
  • Capacidad para recibir retroalimentación.
  • Organizado, con mucha atención al detalle, decidido y ágil.
  • Pasión por las redes sociales, la creatividad y estar a la vanguardia de las tendencias digitales.
