Job Title : Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Representative (Remote) Location : Colombia (Remote) Salary : USD $450/month Type : Full-time | Remote | Customer Service About The Role We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our growing international support team. In this role, you will be providing high-quality customer service in both Spanish and English. Your primary responsibility will be handling customer inquiries and support tickets, ensuring that all communications are clear, professional, and empathetic. You will interact with customers through phone, email, and live chat, addressing general service-related issues and inquiries in both languages. Additionally, you’ll help translate customer communications and documents between Spanish and English when needed. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support in both Spanish and English. Handle inquiries, complaints, and service issues with professionalism and patience. Translate communication materials and support documents between Spanish and English. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues and improve service quality. Requirements Fluent in spoken and written Spanish (native level). Comfortable communicating in English (basic level). Previous experience in customer support or after-sales service is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer‑focused mindset. Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work effectively in a remote setting. Based in Colombia. Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service roles.
