Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Representative – BruntWork You’ll be the primary point of contact for a diverse client base, where 70% of interactions happen in Spanish. This role puts you at the center of customer relationships, ensuring every caller receives professional, accurate service while supporting the agency’s daily operations. You’ll work with established processes and templates, making an immediate impact on customer satisfaction while building valuable insurance industry experience in a supportive remote environment. Job Highlights Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $6.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time with one hour unpaid break Work Arrangement: Work from home Side Note: Since this is a permanent work‑from‑home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Location: Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia Benefits: HMO Coverage for eligible locations Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and provide professional customer service in both Spanish and English Take detailed, accurate messages and verify customer information using proper protocols Process certificates of insurance requests using established templates and procedures Perform data entry tasks related to customer accounts and insurance documentation Follow established scripts and quality standards for consistent service delivery Double‑check all customer details for accuracy, including phone numbers and contact information Route customer inquiries appropriately within the agency structure Support administrative tasks related to insurance operations and client management Requirements Fluent bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English (required) Professional phone manner with strong customer service orientation Attention to detail for accurate data entry and message documentation Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet Bonus if you have call center experience or familiarity with phonetic alphabet It helps if you're comfortable learning VoIP software and cloud‑based systems Reminder Apply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site.
