As a Sourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging potential candidates to support our recruitment processes across multiple industries and roles. Key Responsibilities: Conduct proactive searches for qualified candidates using various sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, databases, etc.). Pre-screen candidates based on role requirements and present shortlists to recruiters. Maintain and update candidate databases and sourcing trackers. Draft outreach messages and job advertisements aligned with each search. Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand current and upcoming hiring needs. Support initial stages of candidate engagement and scheduling when required. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting support roles. Intermediate English level (written and verbal communication). Strong research and online sourcing skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
