We are looking for an IT Talent Sourcer who will take part in bringing incredible talents to SD Solutions. SD Solutions is a staffing company operating globally. Contact us to get more details about the benefits we offer. Requirements Around 1 year of sourcing experience in IT (preferred). Experience sourcing candidates using Boolean search, and X-Ray through various channels. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to switch dynamically between tasks and positions, prioritize them, and meet deadlines. Solid verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, employee referrals, internet searches, etc.). Work closely with your Senior Recruiter, and use different sourcing techniques to guarantee a pipeline of active candidates. Maintain candidate database.
