En este rol, serás responsable de orientar a los conductores postulantes durante el proceso de Onboarding, asegurar la calidad en la atención a los conductores, regularizar registros de datos y cuentas, y proponer mejoras en la operativa diaria. Se requiere un perfil con estudios técnicos o tecnológicos, y al menos 6 meses de experiencia en áreas como calidad, logística, servicio al cliente o contact center. La empresa ofrece un ambiente de trabajo dinámico y oportunidades de desarrollo profesional.

  • Orientar a conductores postulantes en el proceso de Onboarding
  • Asegurar la calidad en la atención a los conductores según los SLA establecidos
