Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a new **Technical Recruiter** to join our team If you want to take on new challenges and contribute by recruiting a variety of profiles for our Talent Search, Staff Augmentation, and IT Solutions team, this is your chance

**Responsibilities**:

- Source and identify top talent, filling openings in a timely and effective manner through a thoughtful and strategic end-to-end recruitment process.
- Hire and assign temporary staff to meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of client businesses, organizations, and job roles.
- Build and maintain market knowledge, especially on competitor landscape.
- Maintain accurate and timely data and reports in the ATS.
- Conduct job trainings for new starters when required.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
- Bachelor’s degree completed or advanced in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field (desirable).
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken (must).
- Proven experience managing and navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience in recruiting across LATAM (desirable).
- Experience in temporary staffing or recruitment.
- Previous experience in a multinational environment (desirable).
- General knowledge in technology such as Networking and Software (desirable).
- Ability to manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
