**Jr. Recruiter (Bilingual)**

**Shift**:8 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday EST

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing and Headhunting**:
Post job openings on websites and job boards.
Utilize social media for recruiting.
Conduct reference check calls.
Mine CRM and job board databases (e.g., Indeed).
Respond to chat questions and messages during work hours for a personal touch.
- **Answer Incoming Calls**:

- **Follow Up on Applications and Openings**:
Check up on job posts.
Contact new applicants.
Update and open new positions as needed.
- **Phone Pre-screening and Screening**:
Filter and verify resumes.
- **Provide Information to Prospects and Applicants**:
Share detailed information about the company and job roles.

Conduct screening and evaluation of qualifications.
Schedule and plan interviews.
Confirm interviews to prevent no-shows.
- **Onboarding Process**:
Inform HR and training departments about new hires.
Provide instructions to new hires about the onboarding process.
Ease the transition to new positions.
Follow up on training and applicant processes.
Conduct background checks.
- **Caregiver Retention**:
Conduct phone surveys with current caregivers to ensure satisfaction.
Address any issues with shifts and report back to the franchise owner.
- **Microsoft Office Skills**:
Utilize Microsoft Office tools for various tasks**.**
- **Reduce No-Show Rates**:

- **Additional Tasks**:
Perform tasks assigned by the client as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual and good proficiency in English (with an American accent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is a plus.
